I design and deliver in-person and virtual workshops, team building activities, and retreats related to leadership and wellbeing topics for teams, groups, and organizations.

I offer 60-minute, 90-minute, or 2-hour virtual workshops that can be customized depending your specific needs. Sample topics below:

  • Making decisions and managing time strategically

  • Communicating authentically and clearly

  • Developing courage and resilience

  • Managing and preventing work-related stress

Each workshop is interactive, experiential, and aimed to develop mindfulness, embodiment, and emotional intelligence; improve communication and leadership skills; and promote overall well-being.


Key takeaways include practical wellness tips, self-regulation and relaxation techniques, guided self-care practices, reading materials, and so on.
