Organizational Partnerships

Systemic Change For Women's Leadership

I partner with organizations in social impact sectors to create structural and cultural shifts that genuinely support women of the global majority in leadership.

This is not a gap in women's leadership capacity. It is a Translation Tax.

Women leaders, particularly women of the global majority, carry disproportionate loads of care work and DEI labour while receiving less recognition and fewer advancement opportunities. They experience exhaustion that rest cannot touch — not from personal failing but from navigating systems that demand constant proving and continuous translation of themselves into forms the organization can receive. Research confirms this. So does every room I have been in.

I know this terrain from the inside: fifteen years in the federal public service, across departments that each demanded a different performance codes and different versions of acceptability. Nonprofit organizations empowering women navigating systems not designed for them.

Learning spaces where I watched women perform competence while their bodies kept a different score.

This paradigm was not built from research alone. It was built from inhabiting the exact conditions it names.

Together, we design

Leadership development rooted in women's actual experiences, not generic programming that ignores microaggressions, double standards, and cultural navigation.

Spaces where women leaders navigating similar terrain can think together without performing acceptability first.

Organizational practices that recognize invisible labour, create genuine sponsorship pathways, and stop requiring women to convert their cultural wisdom into something more palatable.

This isn't diversity theatre. It's work that reorganizes the conditions under which women lead.

And it follows her past the point where most leadership development stops. Training ends. Coaching ends. She still walks back into the same room that built her Performing Self in the first place — and every adaptive layer reactivates before new capacity can hold. That moment is the Second Threshold. Every tier of this partnership is built with it in view.

How We Work Together

Organizational Audit & Assessment

4-6 weeks | Listening sessions, data review, structural analysis. An assessment with prioritized recommendations.

Strategic Advising & Facilitation

3-6 months | Monthly strategic advising, facilitation of key conversations, implementation support for specific interventions.

Women's Leadership Cohort

3–6 months | An intimate, facilitated cohort of 8–10 women leaders walking the Return Path together: from performance to coherence, from fragmentation to wholeness. Deliberately small, so the work can meet each woman's specific Distance rather than generalize across a room.

Comprehensive Systemic Change Partnership

12-18 months | For organizations ready to reorganize the conditions under which women of the global majority lead. Sustained, integrated work: structural assessment, strategic advising, leadership cohorts, organizational redesign. Built to address the Second Threshold most leadership development never names: the moment a woman returns from training to the room that built her Performing Self, where every adaptive layer reactivates before new capacity can hold. Not a program with an end date. A fundamental shift in what the organization asks of the women inside it.

Investment: Scoped individually based on the size and complexity of the organizational shift required — discussed on the exploratory call.
