Organizational Partnerships

Systemic Change For Women's Leadership

I partner with organizations in social impact sectors to create structural and cultural shifts that genuinely support women of the global majority in leadership.

The work addresses what research reveals

Women leaders, particularly women of colour, carry disproportionate loads of organizational care work and DEI labor while receiving less recognition and fewer advancement opportunities. They experience higher rates of burnout not from personal failing but from navigating systems that demand constant proving and code-switching.

Together, we design

Leadership development rooted in women's actual experiences, not generic frameworks that ignore the realities of microaggressions, double standards, and cultural navigation.

Spaces for authentic connection and collective problem-solving among women leaders who share similar challenges.

Organizational practices that recognize invisible labor, create genuine sponsorship pathways, and allow women to lead from their cultural wisdom rather than despite it.

This isn't diversity theatre. It's work that reorganizes the conditions under which women lead.
