The work addresses what research reveals
Women leaders, particularly women of colour, carry disproportionate loads of organizational care work and DEI labour while receiving less recognition and fewer advancement opportunities. They experience higher rates of burnout not from personal failing but from navigating systems that demand constant proving and continuous translation of themselves in acceptable terms.
