At the end of the two-hour interactive and experiential workshop, you'll have an outline of your personal values, vision, purpose or mission, and related short-term and long-term goals that will direct your actions, help you navigate change, and manage your personal transition.

During the workshop, you will: 

  • Learn about simple mindfulness and meditation techniques that will help you connect with your entire being (body, mind, and heart) so that you can feel more centered, grounded, and relaxed physically, mentally, and emotionally

  • Explore how your usual response to change and personal transitions may help you navigate the change and transition you are currently experiencing


  • Learn about how practicing mindfulness and emotional intelligence can help build your capacities to deal with change and manage your personal transitions


  • Connect with what really matters to you and how you will go about pursuing them


The purpose of the workshop is to help you clearly identify how you can navigate change so that you can effectively manage your personal transition, and plan for how you will take action to achieve your ideal outcomes.


During our two hours together you'll receive instructions for:

  • developing mindfulness

  • practicing body-mind-heart connection and meditation

  • developing deeper self-awareness

  • exercising emotional intelligence

  • outlining your values, vision, purpose or mission

  • identifying your short-term and long-term goals


In addition to the workshop, you will receive a workbook with guided reflections to help you integrate your learnings and insights.
