Tell me, what is it you plan to do

With your one wild and precious life?

Mary Oliver, The Summer Day

I draw from ancient and contemporary wisdom and practices related to cultivating leadership and wellbeing. My approach is based on interdisciplinary and scientific research as well as proven methodologies.

MY APPROACH

Embodiment

Embodiment is a form of intelligence that involves our entire being as well as concrete skillsets such as mindfulness, body awareness, self-reflection, self-regulation, empathy, compassion, and leadership. It is one of the ways I can help you to fully integrate your learning, insights, and experience from my coaching sessions and workshops. Examples of embodiment practices I use include body scan, breath work, walking meditation, Hatha yoga, and conscious dancing.

Inquiry

Depending on your situation, I may ask powerful questions to help guide you in exploring your inner world.  For example, I may invite you to look at your limiting beliefs, inner critics, the stories you tell yourself unconsciously, and to recognize how they direct your thoughts and actions, generate suffering, and affect your wellbeing.

Expressive Arts

Sometimes the mind alone cannot make the shifts or come up with questions or answers. So, I rely on expressive arts therapy techniques. I combine psychology and creative processes and guide clients in exploring their inner world through pictures, sounds, imagery, storytelling, dance, music, drama, poetry, movement, or visual arts in an integrated way, to facilitate self-discovery and insights.

Positive Intelligence®️

Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires going to the root of our challenges and laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. All of us have Saboteurs, the voices in our head that generate negative emotions in the way we handle life’s everyday challenges. I am a PQ Coach and can facilitate the PQ Program should you be interested specifically in this approach.

While I have my own frameworks and methodology, my approach is guided by my values of compassion, collaboration, and courage. I will meet you where you are at.  I will customize my approach to best respond to your needs,  goal, and desired results, and to ensure that you feel safe and supported throughout your journey with me.

Together, we'll identify the approach that resonates with you and develop a strategy towards realizing your vision of success.

"Our leadership begins the moment we become aware of who we really are and how we carry ourselves in relation to others in the spaces we occupy."

- Avegaile

I believe wellbeing is leadership and the expression of human potential and purpose.

Wellbeing is more than experiencing physical wellness.

Wellbeing is being in our flow, in a state of connection with our body, mind, and heart, in the full expression of our inner capabilities as individuals and authentic Self.

Essentially, wellbeing is possessing and expressing our capacities for self-actualization, selfhood, and self-leadership.

How about you? What does wellbeing mean for you?

Imagine if you could express your true potential and purpose through your leadership and wellbeing.
