EXPRESS YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF, BECOME YOUR OWN LEADER and PROMOTE YOUR ULTIMATE WELL-BEING
YOU ARE BUSY.
Everyone is always BUSY.
No one has extra time on their hands, especially with everything else going on in the world today.
If you have children, elderly parents, and other dependants to care for on top of your usual work responsibilities. Forget extra time. YOU HAVE NO TIME.
Before, you thought working from home would be a bonus. You imagined how much time you would save from not having to commute or drive to work.
But that is not the case right now. YOU ARE WORKING MORE THAN EVER.
Technology is supposed to help. But no, it’s really just adding to your everyday anxiety, overwhelm, and stress.
WORK has to get done no matter what.
You’re a team player. You’ve got this.
BRING THE WORK ON.
You respond to the requests or demands from the top to the best of your ability.
But sometimes and maybe often these requests and demands are unclear or constantly changing—which for you, means more redrafts or more revisions of the additional tasks dropped on your plate. Essentially, doing more work.
Despite the challenge, YOU GET IT DONE.
You don’t just get things done. YOU DELIVER RESULTS.
You’re a performer and you’re an overachiever.
Since you’re doing such great work, you get requests or demands to do more work.
How can you say “no”? Who are you to say that? If your boss couldn’t say “no” to her or his boss, if your boss’ boss couldn’t say no to their bosses, who are you to do so? When demands come from the top, your leaders don’t always question or ask for clarifications.
When the big bosses says, “Jump!”, the only question allowed is: “How high?”
And you, the working level employee, just have to execute. FAST!
It’s just one of those days. Your manager says, “Drop whatever you’re doing now. This is a new priority! All hands on deck!”
You manage all the demands and challenges imposed on you. But you know this pace is just not sustainable.
You cannot feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stressed all the time about your workload, deadlines, performance results, or the work that you do in general.
You need to establish your personal boundaries and protect your work goals and priorities. You want to manage your time. You want to find balance. You want to be able to get better at conducting effective conversations about work demands and workload matters with your manager, immediate supervisor, and colleagues so that you can feel more at ease, satisfied, productive, and happy.
But you’re not quite sure how to begin the conversation.
You don’t know how to say “no” to extra work without feeling guilty, feeling like you’re not being a team player, feeling like you’re being an under-performer, etc. etc.
Many times, you also feel tired or unmotivated. You feel like you want to do something else with how you spend your working hours, something different, something more fulfilling than what you are doing now.
But YOU don’t know what you really want.
Even if you know exactly what you want, you’re not sure how to go about pursuing it.

If you have to compare, your investment is much less than what you would pay for a similar program.
Think about how much you would have to invest, if you have to pay for private coaching sessions, yoga and meditation classes, communication and leadership workshops, expressive art therapy sessions, and wellness retreats.
Think about how many expensive courses or programs you’ve included in your individual learning plan that your employer had paid for and you’ve taken that delivered no real value or results for you personally and for your organization.
For a small investment, you will have access to a program that will guide your personal and professional transformations. So that you can be happy and satisfied with the work that you do, how you do it. And more importantly, so that you can be happy with how you spend your days and your waking hours.
